The chocolate diet, sounds too good to be true doesn’t it? How is it possible that by incorporating chocolate in your diet, you can actually lose weight? But miracles do happen. Chocolate Diet

What is the Chocolate diet?

This diet advocates a 1000 calorie intake per day, during the first week and 1200-1300 calories in the second week. It is kinder to men; they are allowed a leeway of an extra 300 calories. Voak categorized chocolate addicts into 6 categories. These are: Secret bingers, Romantics, Comfort eaters, Weekend indulgers, Sugar addicts and premenstrual cravers. Depending on the type of chocolate addict you are, a special diet plan is drawn up for you and if you follow that diet plan strictly, you can lose up to 7 pounds in two weeks!
